The Brazilian Container and Multimodal Transport Chamber – CBC, established in April 1977, it is a multisector association, with no-profit purposes, that congregates in its Social Board all sectors connected to containerization and multimodalism, it being an entity representative of the category.
CBC during all its existence has fought and continues to fight for the spreading and development of containerization and multimodalism in Brazil.
CBC has obtained several benefits, monetary and institutional, to its members.
We received and forwarding to the competent Authorities the claims concerning the several sectors involved in containerization and multimodalism in Brazil, it being the liaison between companies and the Federal, State and Municipal governments and Technical Agencies (ABNT / INMETRO / CONTRAN / DNER / CAMEX / DECEX / SECEX / SRF / DEINT / Regulating Agencies / DMM / Government Departments, etc.).
It makes its facilities in Rio de Janeiro available for use by its associates to support them on their business trips.
The Brazilian Chamber of Containers and Multimodal Transport – CBC was created to protect the interests of its members in all sectors of government, aiming to reduce bureaucracy, relieve, expand, combat, disseminate and develop containerization and multimodality throughout the country.
